Placed order on 2/9/06 for delivery on 2/14/06. Was told there wouldn't be any probs w/delivery date. Gave 2 phone #'s where I could be reached in case of any probs. Roses weren't delivered. Spoke w/a shop employee & let them know what happened. Was told driver walked out on them & that's why flowers weren't delivered. Female on the phone said sorry. I asked for amount to be credited back on my card. Employee admitted no one had called me to let me know of any probs but never gave a reason why I wasn't called. Said I wouldn't be doing business w/this shop again & I told her I'd let others know of my experience. She said that wasn't fair of me. I placed an order w/them to provide a very specific service & they didn't follow through, so it is fair.

Mia was the florist for my wedding. She met with me and my fiance and was able to look at the mess of pictures that I showed her (my idea book) and come up with the PERFECT concept for the arrangements for our wedding flowers. The centerpieces, bouquets - wonderful. Especially the flower girl's all dark red rose pomander. Really awesome and within our budget!

I have used this florist for my daughter's wedding and for a YMCA board social and have always been very pleased with their service, creativity and prices. The young woman who runs it with her mom and dad has always been very helpful in coming up with color ideas, budgets and arrangements. I can't say enough about them. Oh, yes, the flowers are fresh and last a long time! What more can you ask for than all of this?
